Dry powder mixer Description

Our dry powder mxier machine is latestly designed based on the U-type horizontal ribbon mixer through several times improvement.

It adopted three-layer blades, i.e. the inner screw blade, the outer screw blade and the middle screw blade.

The outer and inner screw blades driven by high speed rotating shaft,mixing the material in maximum,the inner screw blade forced the material to sides , the outer screw blade forced sides material to inward, mixes the materials back and forth.

At the same time,some material driven by the middle screw blade do the radial motion,to form the convective mixing, to achievea high uniformity mixing effect in relatively short time.

Our dry powder mixing machines are easy use and maintains and clean, small occupies, high efficient and long service life;

horizontal mixer machine is specialized in blending the resin emulsion with different gradations of sand particles.

Horizontal powder mixer use all-stainless steel or carbonate steel, U-type swivel design, a single batch was stirred amount 1-50T.

stainless steel mixers, with automatic limit switches, multiple protection, greatly improving the equipment, safety during operation. Mixer adopt outer and inner layers ribbon blender, coiled form with the rotational direction of the material from both ends toward the middle push, and the inner spiral push with the material from the middle to the ends that to form to convective mixing.
