Horizontal Ribbon Mixer Description
Horizontal Ribbon Mixer is composed of container,screw s tirring
paddles and transitional parts; the screw paddle are generally made
into 1 layer or 3 layers, the outer screw converge is the material
to the centre from two sides, and the inner layer of screw conveys
the material to the two sides from the centre, so as to from
convection mixing.
Horizontal Ribbon Mixer is generalIy used in the mixing of viscous
or adhesive powder material, or the mixing of powder which needs to
add liquid, and paste material.Meanwhile, because it is diffcult to
clean viscous material, the machine is suitable for the mixing
case, where the output is large and there is no need of displacing
material variety frequently .

Working principle of Horizontal Ribbon Mixer
Horizontal ribbon mixer consists of transmission parts, double
ribbon agitators and U-shape cylinder. In the direction of
rotation, the outer ribbon pushes materials from both ends to the
middle, while the inner ribbon pushes materials from the middle to
both ends. Ribbon wind with different angle direction carries the
materials flowing in different directions. Through continuous
convective circulation, the materials are sheared
