Description of FAIR superfine grinding pulverizer machine
FAIR Pulverizer is used to grind the barite, limestone, kaolin,
ceramics, and slag, etc,
which are non-inflammable and non-explosive stuff whose Mohs
hardness is below9.3.
The product size is adjustable in the range of 80-425 meshes.

[Finished fineness] 325-2500 meshes
[Application]It has been widely applied to produce the super fine
powder in the fields like the mining industry, the metalurgy, the
chemical industry and the construction materials.

1.Compared with other pulverizers under the same power conditions,
the output of this machine is increased by 20-30%.Under the
performance of high pressure springs, the rollers grinding pressure
on raw materials is raised by 800-1200kg.
2.All the mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 can be
crushed.
3.The finished powder has a wide range of particle size from the
maximum particle diameter of 0.613 mm(30 mesh)to the finest
diameter of 0.013 mm(1000 mesh),While the normal particle diameter
is around 0.033mm(425 mesh).
4.Its dust-removing effect exactly meets the National Dust
Discharge Standard.
5.The classifier is easy for adjustment.
6.The grinding unit adopts a superposition multi-grade sealing with

Working principle of Raymond mill , grinding mills for sale
With the centrifugal force, the roller of raymond mill is tightly
rolled on the milling ring. The materials are scooped up between
the milling roller and the milling ring by the shovel blade and are
crushed into powder by the grinding pressure. The powder materials
will be delivered to the analytical engine by the blower. The
materials with qualified fineness will be delivered to the
analytical engine, and unqualified materials will return to the
grinding chamber for continuous milling. The materials through the
analytical engine will be separated and collected in the cyclone
separator.
