Product Description

Stone-Like Paint Mixing Equipment is developed and designed through independent research .

When in operation,the 3D movement inside makes the fast and uniform mixing of the materials with no dead angle and no materials sticking to the wall.

They have features of small floor space,easy operation and high production efficiency,easier maintenance,less residue,tight sealing,no vibration,time saving and environmental protection etc. They adopt multispiral ribbons to mix resulting in uniform mixing. Stainless steel solves the rusty issue of the inner container.

Machine Structure:

mainly composed of the body, rotor, transmission and control parts.

Uses:

really stone paint,diatom ooze,emboss lacquer,texture paint,texture paint,metope lacquer,metallic paint.rock paint,sand lac etc.

Features:

Mixing moderate and high uniformity, mixing uniformity CV≤7%, no segregation.

Short mixing cycle(180-240s), large open layout, a quick feed, a small amount of residue.

Atomizing nozzle configuration stainless steel, to meet the needs of adding the liquid.

Horizontal ribbon mixer consists of transmission parts, double ribbon agitators and U-shape cylinder. In the direction of rotation, the outer ribbon pushes materials from both ends to the middle, while the inner ribbon pushes materials from the middle to both ends. Ribbon wind with different angle direction carries the materials flowing in different directions. Through continuous convective circulation, the materials are sheared and mixed thoroughly and quickly.
