Industrial mixer Operation Principle:
The mixing hammer forms an oblique angle with the mixing shaft. The
two ends along the shaft are symmetrical. The mixing hammer turns
the materials from both sides to the middle along the outer edge
during mixing process. Meanwhile the materials are stirred up and
down. When the materials stirred fall down by self-gravitation,the
two strong hammer handles will drive the materials to turn up and
down during mixing process. Part of the materials move towards both
ends along the shaft, thus forming convective circulation to make
the materials thoroughly
mixed in the cylinder.
